LOTD & NOTD ~ Simple

I wanted a quick make up today so I just went with natural e/s and grey liner plus some purple-ish lipgloss.

Nails are done with white nail polish and have stickers on them.

I should really head to bed early since I have alarm waking me up at 4am *yawn* I need to catch 5:15am bus to airport and then fly to UK. I think I'm looking forward to about 9h of travelling tomorrow, maybe a bit more depending on trains etc. So yeah, long day ahead.

LOTD ~ Cutting Greens

Today I wanted to try a cut crease look since I haven't done one in a while. Quite bold colours for work and I think I got few weird looks from people who haven't used to seeing me in different make ups.

Sorry about blurry and grainy images but I tried to capture this with last bit of sunlight instead of washing out everything with a flash or wrong lights.

I used mainly my Fräulein's 96 palette for this.

I might go for plain make up tomorrow since it's my last work day before my trip to UK and I really have a lot of stuff to do before I can leave on Friday morning (I need to wake up at 4am *yawn*) which means there might not be a lotd post for some time. I most likely won't be updating my blog for the week I'm gone but I will have a GIVEAWAY when I come back. So something to look forward to ;)

LOTD ~ Viva Gaga II

Today's look was inspired by Lady Gaga's Viva Glam promo shoot for the new nude-ish lipstick/lipgloss.

Of course I have no idea what products were used, probably MAC and I didn't use any for this look. I apologise for the bad quality of pictures but there was no daylight and I really should get better lightning somewhere to get better pics without sun. Especially in winters it is annoying when I don't see sun except maybe when I'm at work.

I used UD's AIW palette (Muchness and Drink Me Eat Me) plus some random brown from my 96 palette to lower lashline. Inglot's gel liner as liner and Rimmel's Nude Delight on lips.

LOTD ~ Bring on the Brights!

Today's look was a request from Glitz&Glam's Minna. So today I go out to shops scaring people with my turqoise-orange make up. And my insanely bright nails.

I used Fyrinnae's Looking Glass and Aromaleigh's Spread Your Wings for this look. I also used Stargazer's pearly white dust and Alice from UD's AIW palette.
On lips I have only lip balm over foundation.

NOTD ~ Marbled Neon

More Britney, sowwy. Today's nails are inspired - again - by her latest video where she sprays the white dress/cloth with bright colours.

I used marbling/dotting tool to "marble" the colours. I also noticed I don't have any white nail polish (except crackle and konad) so that's why colours are more flat than they would've been with white coat under them.

LOTD ~ Hold it!

I bet I'm not the only one who has done look inspired by Britney Spear's new video Hold It Against Me. I like the video but then again it's by Jonas Åkerlund so... don't think he can make really bad videos anyway.

Lips aren't close to what Britney has on video but I don't own any berry-coloured lipstick/lipgloss. Might need to buy some.

My throat's sore and I really hope I don't get cold since I should head to UK next Friday.

NOTD (& LOTD) ~ Nude with Bling

I wanted some easy nails for the weekend so I just did my whole nails with a base coat meant for French manicures and then did tips with OPI's Show It and Glow It!

Also I did very natural look for work today and even if the pics are taken at 11pm (16h after I put it on) you can see pretty much what it looked like in the morning.

I found it quite funny when I got home from work and listened to Amorphis on train that one girl sat in front of me wearing an Amorphis hat. So because of that I will put a video from them.

LOTD ~ Sorceress

Quick LOTD done with Fyrinnae's Arcane Magic: Sorceress. I used black eyeshadow pencil and Pixie Epoxy under the e/s to make it pop more. Looks more blue irl than in pics.

Pics are taken again in bad light after workday and I'm quite surprised the make up has stayed on for that long in the harsh weather.

LOTD ~ Golden Mushroom

I did today's look with UD AIW palette. Haven't used it for a while again even if it's so easy just to pick up one palette in the morning and do a look with it. Well good for me since I found out some make up I've forgotten I even own.

This look was done with Wonderland (Maui Wowie), Mushroom, Oraculum (Baked) and Jabberwocky (Oil Slick). Honestly I hate working with Wonderland/Maui Wowie since it sheds all its glitter on my cheek. I like the colour otherwise, UD could do that without the glitter.

Sorry about red nose but I took these as soon as I got home from work/walking outside since I realised it was still somewhat light so I could use daylight instead of bulb light.

Me and my daughter had a "pink evening" thanks to Valentine's Day. We ate some goodies and watched a Barbie movie.

I also got a lovely card from my boyfriend and even if I can't spend the day with him I will be off to UK in bit over a week.
