Yes I'm still reading books about Fae (Karen Marie Moning's Fever-series). I have 2 books to go before I've read all published ones - no idea if or when the next one is released.
Anyway I named my today's look by the Unseelie Faes. Black with some peachy colour around it.
I really liked this look but didn't like at all when I had to take it away.
For eyes I used Urban Decay Perversion e/s and random peachy/orangey/brownish colours from 96 palette plus Urban Decay Zero pencil. I also cut one eyelashes half used them on outer corners.
On lips I have MoonsteamAlchemy's lip balm and Victoria's Secret Bananas! lipgloss lightly applied on top to enhance the gloss.
Few more hours and I will go back to bed to READ. Yes, I'm a book-a-holic! Book series usually get me really hyped and I could read 24/7 if only I didn't have to do anything else like work or take care of my daughter.
Hope you all had a great weekend!

LOTD ~ Rose of Jericho
Today's look was inspired by an interesting plant called Rose of Jericho (or Anastatica). I got inspiration when I was browsing my EMP catalogue and they sell this plus in the book series I read now (Karen Marie Moning's Fever-series) there's a man named Jericho.
But here's what I got inspired to do with brown and green.
Products used:
Eyes
UDPP/MAC Painterly Paint Pot/ NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk (my normal base for any eyeshadow combination)
Inglot matte white e/s
Aromaleigh Glowing Luna (inner corner)
Aromaleigh In Orbit (middle of the lid)
Aromaleigh Winged Psyche (outer corner)
Sleek Storm palette's brown and beige (crease and blending upwards)
Urban Decay Zero pencil
Sleek Storm palette dark green (on top of Zero)
Rimmel Glam'eyes liquid eyeliner
Some random false eyelashes that I cut in half and glued to outer corners and few different mascaras (Dior and Maybelline)
Lips
Gosh On Stage Cool Lip Jam
I sported this look to get the books (FINALLY!) and then me, my sister and her bf went to do some shopping. Honestly I was the only one who really bought anything: a necklace.
You can wear it shorter, I just wanted to take a quick photo of it. Other than that we ate food and some Ben&Jerry's.
My sister's doing Pilates now and I feel lazy so maybe I will go for a walk/jog bit later. After I've stopped drinking. I've drank a litre of water in last 30mins and my thirst doesn't seem to go anywhere.
It's already 7:30pm. Where does the time go on weekends?

LOTD ~ Citrus Fruits & Grapes
Déjà vu? It might not just be a feeling: this is pretty much a re-done of my previous look Scorpion Flower from earlier this month - but with different colours/colour placement. I wanted to use green on lid and fuchsia/purple on crease.
I did this look with my 96 palette, Inglot matte white e/s and H&M Glitter eyeliner.
On lips I used only tiny amount of Hi-Fi Cosmetics Spotlight Lip Glaze in Got The Life.
I also went to have a drink after work with my ex-coworkers (and one current one) since one of my ex-coworker has a birthday today. She suggested I buy a Champagne Mojito and so I did - for her and for me. It was great and had fresh strawberries in it too. Lovely way to start a weekend!
Then I came home and had my hopes up that I actually got my books that I've been waiting for a week - there was one, just the 5th book for the series and I need 3rd and 4th. I will get them tomorrow. So at least now I know that Germany's Amazon ships faster to Finland than UK one.
I just came from a walk/jog and now I think I won't do really anything for rest of the evening.
Hope you all have a great weekend!

LOTD ~ Drakon with Athame
I wanted to try today if I could actually get anything stay on my lower waterline for more than few hours - and I managed! Small victory. Just means I really need to pack eyeshadow on top of it to make it stay for whole workday.
I wanted neutral-ish makeup today but still showy enough for me and this is what I came up with.
And this far 5 has voted and it's either I don't care or Yes to listing products so here you go.
Products used on eyes (since I was in a hurry and on my face I only have foundation):
UDPP/MAC Painterly Paint Pot/ NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk (my normal base for any eyeshadow combination)
Evil Shades Athame (inner corner)
Evil Shades Drakon (middle of the lid and on top of Zero on lower lashline)
Hi-Fi Cosmetics Nightmarish (outer corner)
Sleek Storm palette - brown and beige (blend the crease) and black (outer V and on top of Zero on lower waterline)
Urban Decay Zero pencil (waterline and lower lashline)
I've also noticed lately that my blog posts are really short. I just mainly put up the pics and that's it. One reason is I do this usually at 11pm and I really can't think of anything intelligent enough to write here at that time. Not like I have that much intelligent stuff at other times either.
But this babble leads to a question: Would you like for me to chat more here about what's happened in my life or in general more? And about what if you would think that's a nice bonus.

LOTD & NOTD ~ Ice Green
Today's look was mostly inspired by the new nail polish that I bought. And the name more than the actual colour of it which is - the name of the title - Ice Green.
First the make up look.
I used Evil Shades' Athame and MAC Valiant palette from Superwoman collection. Liner is Gosh's Golden Moss. Blush is Evil Shades' Ravishing.
And then to the nail polish which is by Snowcrystal. Sorry my nails/cuticles are in horrible condition now.
Remember to vote still if you care about knowing which products I've used - or don't care.

LOTD ~ Adele
This look was inspired by a photo of Adele and also NikkieTutorial's tutorial of the same look. I of course have no same eyeshadows she used so I had to do it my way so I used Sleek palettes in Original and Storm.
I have to say I've never heard even one song from Adele, I just found the picture after I've heard about her even being around. Doubt I'd like her music anyway but I liked this look. I didn't wear false eyelashes which she apparently wear almost all the time since I did this look for work.

LOTD ~ Club Violet
I haven't tried the MUA (Make Up Academy) eyeshadows I bought from my last UK trip so finally today I thought I will use them ALL (well I have 2 purples, 1 dark reddish brown (which some say is quite close to MAC Club) and matte brown). Brown I used on my brows and rest on my eyes and this is the result.
I really liked this look and the colours are great. They seem more creamy than powdery and the payoff is fantastic for something that costs only £1.
Have you ever tried MUA products? What did you think?

LOTD ~ Victoria
Bad at naming today. The look is done with Aromaleigh's Victoria's Revenge collection eyeshadows.
Also my liquid eyeliner is losing its colour and thickness which means it's time to buy a new one. Well it did last quite long time.
Some may already notice a tiny change in my hair colour. It's again hard colour to capture - Schwartzkopf Live in Mystic Violet. Turned out quite reddish purple on me but in some light/angles it looks quite violet.
We'll see when I want to dye this to something else too. Not sure what happens when I will dye with same dye on top of this since I had to bleach to get this result.
