LOTD ~ Corporate Grey

This was supposed to be a look for NTMS weekly showcase but I was late. It's sort of corporate goth in grey, I doubt many would wear the lips to work but I could (and have worn grey lips to work).

Smokey eye with a small twist plus grey lips = GOOD!




Eyeshadows used: Bone, Fortress and Abyss (all by Detrivore)
Blush is Bite of An Apple by MAC
Lips painted with grey kohl pencil and filled in with Morgana Cryptoria's Dusky Plum and topped up with Gosh's Cool Lip Jam.

I think I got few long looks when I went shopping with this but then again not too many looks. I was quite disappointed.

My boyfriend is making himself some bacon and mushroom toasts, I rather just eat müesli and drink the coffee. After that it's a cleaning day!

  1. I love it! I'd definitely wear that eye makeup. I'm a bit too wimpy to wear the lip colour out in public, though.

  2. Thank you :) Grey is a bit difficult colour to wear, I had to use three products to disguise my lips' natural colour since it looks really horrible if any pink shows through or around grey.

  4. The grey lips look actually really nice. It's more subtle and not as hars as black but still maybe somewhat more unusual. I like it :)

    Yeah grey is more wearable than black. I like black lips but I think they require even more touching up than grey ones during the day and I'm quite worried usually that I end up getting black streaks on my chin :P
